Speeding driving needs to be curbed,

We need speeding humps, chicanes, speed cameras, zebra crossings and traffic lights to calm measures.

90% of accidents are caused through speeding even at 1 MPH you can be going too fast but not breaking the limit of course.

All boils down to lane discipline, concentration, (not using phone, smoking, reading eating or distraction) proper footwear (No stilettos or High Heels) and having ones eyes tested regularly as cataracts develop and people are unaware and can be dangerous.

I always recommend that Drivers attend an Advance Driving Course to brush up and get shot of bad habits.

Oh for goodness sake.

This was nothing to do with speeding. I went past there just after it happened and a small van had come out from the school entrance and hit a car. The small van came off worse.

It was down to carelessness.

Carelessness by going too fast? 1 MPH can be too fast!

That is what they tell you on a speed awareness course, i was told once, by a friend who had to attend one and it is obvious anyhow.

And the wrong footwear.

Outside your head you'll find the world defines it rather differently.

1 mph equates to 25% of normal walking pace.

It is less than 1 and a half feet per second.

No speed awareness course would ever suggest that is too fast.

If that is an obvious fact to you then it may explain why you never move from your keyboard for fear of breaking a nonexistent rule.

Yes indeed. Again I was pointing out your facts are nonsense.

As is your use of the word trolling.

You seem awfully sensitive to having your incorrect statements pointed out to you.

Perhaps you should do some research before posting as you seem so sensitive.
