Teenagers are set to get a unique chance to experience how a football club is run.
Leyton Orient is inviting 16 to 18-year-olds to apply to share the matchday experience with staff including chairman Barry Hearn, manager Russell Slade coaches and the stadium announcer.
Barry Hearn said: "We are looking for 11 ambitious teenagers who have real passion and enthusiasm for the game, as well as for the 11 roles on offer here at the club.
"A career in football takes hard work and determination - the teenagers will be thrown in at the deep end.
"They will be asked to make some important decisions come match day, so they will need to be confident in their new skills."
The focus of the initiative will be the O's home game with MK Dons on April 13 and the deadline for applications is March 15.
