Families are being asked to sign up for a fun run to support a charity that grants wishes to seriously ill children.
The race, which starts in the tennis courts of the Roding Valley recreation ground in Loughton at 10.30am on April 14, will stretch four kilometres through the park and is being run in aid of Epping-based charity The Dream Factory.
The charity’s founder, Avril Mills, said: “The run is always a great local event and always attracts a lot of entrants.
“We look forward to seeing you on April 14.”
The run is organised by Loughton Town Council, which owns the recreation ground.
Runners can register on the day for £10 per adult, £5 per under-16, or £20 for one adult and three or more children, or by calling the council on 020 8508 4200.
