An investigation has been launched into a fire which damaged a derelict building in Walthamstow earlier this week.
The blaze swept through the two-storey structure in Hawarden Road, near the junction with Edward Road, at around 5.30pm on Tuesday.
It took crews in four engines three hours to bring it under control.
No-one was injured.
A spokeswoman for the London Fire Brigade said 30 per cent of the first floor and 15 per cent of the ground floor had been badly damaged.
