A society that has run campaigns for 50 years is planning an evening of film and music from the year it was founded.
The Buckhurst Hill Residents’ Society will also show news reels from 1963 during the event on March 13 at St James’ United Reformed Church in Palmerston Road.
Entrance to the event, which starts at 7.30pm and is open to all, costs £3, including choc ices, popcorn and tea or coffee.
