Former darts champion Bob Anderson due to take on regulars at The Royston Arms in Chingford to raise money for Haven House Children's Hospice in Woodford Green

A former world darts champion is due to take on a pub’s regulars in a charity event tonight.

Bob Anderson, who won a string of darts titles in the late 1980s, will play 16 local darts players at The Royston Arms in Chingford Mount Road, Chingford, from 8pm.

People are invited to phone 8531 5919 to buy a £10 ticket to the event.

All proceeds will go to Haven House Children’s Hospice in High Road, Woodford Green.
