Police examine the scene.
A 31-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and another suffered head injuries outside Barkingside Magistrates' Court this afternoon.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the court in Cranbrook Road, Barkingside at around 1.15pm to reports of a stabbing.
They found two men suffering injuries.
The 31-year-old was taken to an east London hospital with stab wounds to his neck.
The other man, whose age is not known, was taken to a separate hospital with head injuries.
Neither man’s injuries are thought to be life-threatening.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “At this very early stage it is thought the two men became involved in an altercation with another group and were subsequently attacked outside the court in Cranbrook Road by a male from this other group.
“There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.”

Cobblers: take of your sepia-tinted Trolling Spectacles and read some historical crime reports and you'll find this is nothing new. Courts are there to deal with criminals, therefore they attract a lot of criminals and some of them - shock horror - engage in criminal behaviour ! They're criminals - by definition they have no respect for the courts or Police stations.
It was not that long ago that you would have several Police Officers working in the Courts, in the Court Rooms and numerous others in the building waiting to give evidence.
Now, hardly anyone gets charged as they are all cautioned or let of with a slap on the wrist so Police Officers do not attend court much and as such no Police are posted to the courts as there are not many cases and the work load is reduced to Council Tax and TV Licence Defaulters.
