Subsidised sailing courses are being offered to both children and adults who wish learn the skills needed to take to the water.
A basic accreditation will be given to everybody who completes the six week course which is being offered for just £30 per person.
Each Saturday, from May 18, participants will learn basic skills to enable them to get to grips with the sport.
Children aged between 11 and 16 will be taught between 9.30am and 12.30pm and adult sessions will be held from 1.30pm until 4.30pm.
