Sweet-toothed artists are making plans for a bake off.
The cake creating competition will be held on Christchurch Green in Wanstead on May 5.
The event, organised by Art Group Wanstead, is open to everyone with cakes being judged on both looks and taste.
As part of the day, Art Group Wanstead members will also be displaying some of their work and organising craft activities for children.
The group, a collective of local artists, will also be signing up new members at the bake off which runs from 11am-2.30pm.
