Waltham Forest Council is inviting people to air their opinion on its social care services.

The authority wants to hear from adults and carers who use its services, who it hopes will provide feedback on what works and what needs to be improved as part of an annual review.

These services include supported living schemes, support for carers and vulnerable people, and safeguarding people at risk of abuse or neglect.

Cllr Angie Bean, the council’s cabinet member for adults and older people, said: “One of our key aims as a council is to help local people and to help hardworking families.

“As part of this aim we provide a huge range of services that help some of the borough’s most vulnerable people and those who care for them.

“As well as giving us a chance to look back on the year and gauge how we have performed, the local account also gives the people who use and rely on these services the chance to tell us what they think and what their experience has been.”
