Enjoy a free cycle circuit and cycle skills workshop at a community festival.
The Area Five Community Festival takes place at Barley Lane Recreation Ground in Barley Lane, Goodmayes, on July 7 between noon and 4pm.
As well as the bikes there will be music, a barbecue and a variety of other entertainment provided by community groups.
