Two events are being held in an attempt to bring communities together.
Games, dance displays and entertainment for people of all ages will give residents a chance to see what clubs, facilities and support services are available to them in their area.
The Oakwood Hill community centre, Loughton, will open up on 3 July, from 3pm until 7pm.
Ninefields in Waltham Abbey will be the venue on July 10, between 2.30pm and 6.30pm.
Both events are free and will combine fun activities with helpful information on housing and help from the council.
