Space hoppers, flying saucers, arts crafts and sports will take over a playing field for fun, free sessions over the school holidays.
‘Play in the Park’ sessions in Ongar allow children to use a wide variety of equipment, make friends and try new games.
No booking is needed and parents are invited to join in, too.
The play days, held at Shelley Park, St Peters Avenue, will start at 1.30pm and end at 3.30pm on August 8 and 22.
Two more sessions, on the Love Lane Playground, will be held on August 15 and 19.
