Owner asks for decking permission outside restaurant in Wanstead High Street
The owner of a new restaurant due to open soon has retrospectively applied for planning permission for wooden decking outside the business.
Ms Asha Gireson has asked Redbridge Council to approve the recently installed forecourt on the pavement next to 27 Wanstead High Street - formerly the site of Hadley House restaurant.
A sign put up on the building earlier this summer declared that a new Mediterranean Meze and Grill outlet would be opening soon at the site.
Redbridge Council is expected to make a decision in the coming weeks.
