Motorcyclist killed in Wanstead crash
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash last night.
The man, thought to be aged in his late 20s, suffered a cardiac arrest and died at the scene after his biked collided with a car.
It happened at the junction of New Wanstead and Spratt Hall Road, in Wanstead, just before 9.15pm.
A spokeswoman for the London Ambulance Service said two ambulances and a fast responder car were sent to the scene.
She said: "A man, believed to be in his late 20s, was in cardiac arrest.
"Sadly, despite extensive efforts, the patient died at the scene".
The Guardian is awaiting a comment from Redbridge police.
