Hundreds of people are expected to pound the streets of Wanstead and Woodford later this month in a 10k sponsored evening walk to raise money for Haven House Children's Hospice.
The annual 'GLOwalk' event, where participants are encouraged to wear bright clothing and hold glow sticks, takes place on Friday September 27.
There will be a warm up at 7pm before it sets off at 7.30pm from Haven House, which is in Woodford Green High Road.
The walk finishes at Woodford Green Cricket Club.
Registration costs £15 for adults and £13.50p for those aged 16 and under.
Those who take part must raise a minimum of £50.
