3:02pm Thursday 19th September 2013 in News
Leyton Orient has failed in its latest bid to challenge a decsion to allow West Ham United move into the Olympic Stadium.
The O's argued its groundshare proposal had not been considered properly by London Legacy Development Committee (LLDC) and Mayor of London’s office.
However, the club's request for a judicial review has been rejected by the High Court today.
Orient Chairman Barry Hearn has warned there could be dire financial consequences for the club, fearing cheap tickets will be offered for West Ham games to fill the showpiece venue in Stratford.
Fans have started a campaign to raise awareness of the problems facing the club.
