Loughton woman fined after dog barges into garden
A woman has admitted allowing her dog to be out of control in public.
At Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Paula Gibson was fined £350 for allowing her pet to run off in Loughton, into a private garden.
The animal barged into the garden in Willingale Close on July 9, causing people to fear for their safety.
Miss Gibson, 41, of Burney Drive, pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay the victims £200 in compensation.
She was fined a further £150.
