Former employee Stella English will not have to pay Lord Sugar's £50,000 legal fees
Chigwell’s most famous businessman has failed to recover legal costs from a former winner of The Apprentice after she unsuccessfully took him to an employment tribunal.
An East London Tribunal Service panel has ruled that Stella English does not have to pay £50,000 legal fees relating to the case.
Ms English lost a constructive dismissal claim against Lord Alan Sugar in April.
During the proceedings, Ms English claimed that she had been considering applying for benefits to feed her children.
Shewas employed at Lord Sugar's IT company Viglen following her success on the show.
