Experts call for public help on economy
A commission hired to help devise a growth plan for Waltham Forest’s economy is asking the public for ideas.
Led by Professor Tony Travers of the London School of Economics, the commission is tasked with finding out why the borough has one of London’s smallest economies.
A survey can be completed online until October 4, or at stalls in Walthamstow town square tomorrow between 1pm and 3.30pm.
There will also be stall in Chingford Mount Road, at the junction of Albert Crescent and Old Church Road, on Tuesday between 1.30pm and 4pm.
