A cafe owner is still waiting for a decision over plans to extend his opening hours after a vote was deferred last night.
Marc Linch, owner of the Green Owl Cafe, claimed members of a planning subcommittee were unable to make a decision on the proposal because the cafe's boundary was not correctly shown on the images supplied at the meeting.
The proposal would see the Queens Road premises, Buckhurst Hill, extend its opening hours from 9.30pm to 11.30pm but faces opposition from residents.
