Green-fingered residents can attend a gardening event in the Olympic Park this weekend.
Growing Links Family Fun Day in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park’s Timber Lodge aims to link the park’s residents with new green spaces.
From noon until 4pm on Sunday families can enjoy activities including vegetable carving and building bird feeders to take home.
As well as fun, professional gardening and growing support and advice is on offer, including a gardeners’ growing network, training courses and volunteering opportunities.
