A 52-year-old has opted to let a jury decide whether or not she is guilty of twelve charges of nuisance behaviour.
Chrissie Holyoak, of Boxted Close in Buckhurst Hill, denied harassing neighbours and breaching her Anti-Social Behaviour Order at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
It is alleged that Ms Holyoak has been playing music too loud despite noise abatement orders from Epping Forest District Council.
Ms Holyoak will stand trial on January 13 at Chelmsford Crown Court.
