Karley Arthey has been missing since October 22
Concern is growing for a 15-year-old girl who police believe is in Walthamstow.
Karley Arthey went missing from Dane House in Congleton, Cheshire, on October 22.
She is 5ft 7ins with green eyes, of average build with long dark brown hair, which may now have been dyed black.
