Mark Gatiss will be appearing at BFI Southbank on November 29 for a preview of his directorial debut The Tractate Middoth.
The film is an adaptation of a story by MR James and is partnered with MR James: Ghost Writer (BBC, 2013), a new documentary in which Gatiss explores the life and work of this prolific Victorian academic turned master of the English ghost story.
The screening will be followed by panel and Q&A with Mark Gatiss, Jon Das and BBC commissioning editor for Arts Mark Bell.
