Two men involved in a car accident have been taken to hospital.
Police and ambulance were called to High Road in Woodford Green at 8:40am in reponse to reports of a road traffic collision.
The accident involved two vehicles, a silver Vauxhall Zafira and grey Mercedes estate.
A male driver was taken to Whipps Cross Hospital with minor injuries, and another man, believed to be in his 30s, was treated at the scene for chest pains and taken to Royal London Hospital.
Both vehicles have been recovered from the scene, and no arrests have been made.
This is the second car accident in High Road of Woodford Green is three days.
On Wednesday, a car overturned after striking a parked vehicle.
