Burst main on Forest Road.
A major road is shut in both directions as emergency repairs are carried out on a burst water main.
Forest Road in Walthamstow is shut to all traffic between Castleton Road and Ulverston Road while Thames Water carry out the repairs.
The burst main is at the junction of Forest Road and Ulverston Road.
The 123 bus is on diversion.
A Thames Water spokeswoman said: "Unfortunately we have no option but to close Forest Road between Castleton Road and Ulverston Road following a burst water main first thing this morning.
"We are working with the council to ensure diversions are in place and have a team there now working hard to get the job done and road reopened as quickly as possible. We apologise for any disruption."
