A second broken water main in Walthamstow has forced the closure of a residential street.
Thames Water says residents of Hibbert Road, near the burst main at the junction with Theydon Street, have been notified that they will be without water for several hours this evening.
A spokeswoman added that the company hopes the road will be reopened tomorrow and that repair work is currently underway.
Emergency work to fix a different broken main is also being carried out on Forest Road.
Works there, which have closed the road between Castleton Road and Ulverston Road, are expected to run for five days
