A man accused of stalking a woman is set to appear in court.
Lee Cureton, 36, of Springfield Road in Chelmsford, is alleged to have harassed Tracey Cureton between September 8 and September 14 in Fyfield.
Mr Cureton is charged with sending his alleged victim a series of text messages after tracking her movements and following her whereabouts using GPS.
It is also alleged Mr Cureton caused Ms Cureton alarm and distressby by picking her door lock and removing some of her belongings.
Mr Cureton has pleaded not guilty to the charge of harassment without violence and will appear in Chelmsford Magistrates later today.
