Rush hour delays after accident in Buckhurst Hill
The A104 Epping New Road in Buckhurst Hill is partly blocked both ways due to an accident involving four vehicles between Manor Road and Church Road. Traffic is queuing in both directions, with single file traffic slowly passing the obstruction.
