Man accused of carrying offensive weapon
A 21-year-old man is set to appear in court today charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
Ashley David, of Boxted Close in Buckhurst Hill, is accused of carrying a metal pole in Temple Mead, Roydon with no lawful reason.
Mr David also faces another charge of obstructing a police officer on the same day.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
