A teenage girl had ner head shaved to support a cancer charity.
Ayan Maryan Omar, a student at Leyton Sixth Form College, raised £100 for CLIC Sargent when she became a ‘life-shaver’ on Wednesday.
“I wanted to do this for years to show my support and now I’m finally doing it,” the 17-year-old said.
“The reason for me doing this was purely to help children and teenagers who have cancer and reassuring them that they are not alone and have support from different people.”
