Michael Bryant is due to appear in court today
A man accused of an eight-year benefit fraud is set to appear in court.
Michael Bryant, 45, of Rosario High Road in Thornwood, was charged with making false claims for disability living allowance between September 2005 and January this year.
Bryant is alleged to have continued claiming despite an improvement in his condition.
The case is due to be heard at Chelmsford Magistrates Court today.
