Two men arrested on suspicion of manslaughter have been re-bailed until January 2014 pending further enquiries.

A 48-year-old man from Ilford, and a 32-year-old man from Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, were arrested in early October in connection with a fatal road collision near South Woodham Ferrers in Essex.

Pedestrian Paul Wickerson, 32, died after being struck by at least four cars on the B1012 Lower Burnham Road, North Fambridge, at around 10.45pm on August 31.

Mr Wickerson, from Sydney, had been visiting friends and relatives in Surrey before attending the Brownstock music festival in Stow Maries.
