The property is described as having undergone a “complete modernisation” over the last two years resulting in a “luxury modern home which must be seen to be fully appreciated.”

Planning permission has already been granted at the property for the creation of a second floor comprising for two more bedrooms and a bathroom.

The 24-year-old Cardiff-born footballer moved to join Real Madrid earlier this year for a record breaking £86million.
