Rape accused in court
A man facing four charges of rape appeared in court today.
Hui Zhou, 43, of Hawthorne Road in Walthamstow appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court faces a series of allegations dating back to 2004.
One charge relates to an alleged rape between May 1 2004 and March 25 2007.
The second incident is said to have occurred between March 24 2007 and March 25 2010 while the third occurring between March 24 2010 and February 1 2013.
The final allegation is noted as happening between January 31 2013 and March 1 2013.
He was also charged with assaulting a woman by beating her on May 16 this year.
