The East of England ambulance service is to have a new chief executive.
Dr Anthony Marsh, chief executive of the West Midlands Ambulance Service, is to take over the East England service from Andrew Morgan.
Dr Marsh was commissioned to write a report in June after concerns were raised over the service's performance, and made 24 recommendations, including the cutting-back of management to make way for more emergency staff.
