Two people have been released on bail after being questioned over the stabbing of a 16-year-old boy.

A 20-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested on Friday on suspicion of the attack in Limes Avenue, near the Limes Farm estate in Chigwell, on December 9.

A 17-year-old boy from Chigwell was arrested the same day on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

The both have been bailed until January, pending further enquiries.

The victim is still receiving treatment in hospital.
