Alexandros Modestou will stand trial in March
A man accused of assaulting two police officers has been bailed.
Alexandros Modestou, of Old House Lane in Roydon, is said to have attacked the officers in Harlow on October 8.
The 39-year-old also faces a charge of using threatening words and or behaviour in Arnold Road, Waltham Abbey the previous day.
Mr Modestou was granted unconditional bail yesterday at Chelmsford Magistrates Court until his trial on March 18.
