Simmons is to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates today
A man who pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order will be sentenced at Chelmsford Magistrates’ court today.
Lee Simmons, 32 of Honey Lane, Waltham Abbey, admitted going to a woman’s address and being violent towards her on consecutive days.
The incidents occurred on December 11 and December 12 and were in breach of a previous court order imposed Edmonton County Court and North and East Hertfordshire Magistrates’ Court earlier this year.
