A man killed by a train on Christmas Eve is believed to be missing 20-year-old Rodney Larsh.
The Chingford man, who suffers from autism, was last seen at 10.20am by family members in Barking.
British Transport Police have confirmed that a man was hit by a train in the Shenfield area on December 24 and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Formal identity has not yet taken place but police believe that the body is that of Rodney Larsh.
His family has been made aware.
