Four men have been released on police bail over an armed robbery at Sainsbury's in Ongar.

A 29-year-old man of no fixed address has had his bail extended for a second time until February 3.

Police have also bailed three others on suspicion of robbery.

One is a 35-year-old man from Rainham, another is 39 and from Forest Gate and the third is a 31-year-old from Dagenham.

They will all answer police bail on February 3.

The incident occured in June this year.
