A 37-year-old accused of attacking a man and damaging a police cell is due to appear in court.
Ross Matthews, of Mead Close, Loughton, is charged with assaulting Lee Arthy and using threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour towards him in Harlow on December 13.
Matthews is also alleged to have caused £120 damage to a police cell on the same day in Harlow and will appear in Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court later today.
