Many people have affected the drain away by concreting their front gardens to enable parking which is rather a shame, there must be ways of doing this as a compromise.

Excellent work being carried out over Xmas and new year by the council drainage lorry men. They have been out late afternoon and evening draining along Cripsey Brook and Wheelers Farm Gardens, North WEALD.

The flood alleviatation defence system has worked well and saved us from the devastating floods we have experienced in the past..

A big thank you to the workmen and Staff involved.
