Albert Brinkley will appear in Chelmsford Magistrates' Court today
A man suspected of stealing a car and using violence to enter a property is due to appear in court today.
Albert Brinkley, 27, of Teresa Gardens in Waltham Cross, is alleged to have unlawfully entered a home in Stanway Road, Waltham Abbey, and stolen a BMW worth £1,000 on November 11.
Brinkley pleaded not guilty to the charges on November 14 and is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
