Teen charged with sexual assault
A 14-year-old boy will appear in court today charged with sexual assault.
The Woodford Green boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is also charged with inciting sexual activity with a girl of the same age in Chigwell.
The teen who denies both charges will appear before Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
