A man who admitted breaking into a woman’s house and breaching a molestation order has been given bail.
Dean Higgins, 25, pleaded guilty to breaching the order by visiting Nicola Monou’s house and damaging her front door, frame and lock worth £200 in Loughton on November 28.
Higgins of South Road, Ware, has been remanded on conditional bail until sentencing on January 24 during an appearance at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Friday.
During this time he must keep all scheduled appointments for the preperation of pre-sentence report.
