A nurse who left a urine bottle beside a patient’s breakfast has been suspended.
Titus Ogunjinmi has been barred from working for six months by the Nursing and Midwifery Council after also being found to have left bloodstained incontinence pad and soiled bedding in a patient’s room at Holly House Hospital in Buckhurst Hill.
The incidents happened during a nightshift in October 2011.
Mr Ogunjinmi denied leaving the items in the patient's room, but the panel found against him.
Ogunjinmi had been employed at the private hospital as an agency nurse.
