Ricky Thorpe will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court
A father will appear in court charged with failing to ensure his son attended school regularly.
Ricky Thorpe, of Centre Drive in Epping, is accused of failing to ensure his son attended St John’s C of E School in Bury Lane, between April 22 and September 8.
Mr Thorpe will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
