Recent poor weather has left its mark on some of the boroughs parks.
Extensive areas of Walthamstow’s Lloyd Park, now dubbed Lloyd Park Lake, are lying under large puddles of water.
The large park, behind the William Morris Gallery on Forest Road, is popular with families and people playing sports but access to park benches, picnic tables and the skate park is limited at the moment due to flooding.
The waterlogged conditions may not subside immediately, as forecasters are calling for potentially heavy rain around London tonight.
Clear conditions over the weekend should see surface water disappearing but the ground is likely to remain heavy.
